April 5 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                
Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 38(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          making supplemental appropriations for                                                                                
          unemployment assistance, fire suppression activities,
